Welcome to the Fx Therapies newsletter—We’re so glad you’re here! As we step into a new season, we’re continuing to expand, connect, and support families through a whole-body approach to breathing, feeding, and communication.

Last Month at Fx Therapies

• We’ve officially completed our first month in the office, and the transition has been incredible. It’s been so special to see the excitement on our children’s faces as they walk into our space.

• We had the opportunity to trial our Mommy & Me mini sessions, capturing sweet, real moments of motherhood while continuing to nurture and grow our community. We are so excited to be offering this for anyone who is interested!

Practice Updates

• Last month we joined The Developedia. Whether you’re seeking guidance for behavioral concerns, delays in milestones or management of a new diagnosis, The Developedia platform simplifies the search for the right specialist to meet your child’s unique developmental needs. Caregivers can access legal support for navigating special education in public schools, as well as find financial planners who focus on special needs.

Upcoming Events & Groups

• Kids & Coffee
  • WHEN: Friday April 10th at 10:00am
  • WHAT: Kids & Coffee is a morning play & connection group for parents/guardians and kids. Come and join a low pressure space for local community members to connect, enjoy coffee, and let babies and toddlers play safely. This group focuses on community and support—not therapy sessions. COFFEE will be provided or bring your own.
  • WHO: Parents/Guardians and Kids Aged 0-4

• Mommy & Me Portraits
  • ​WHEN: Saturday April 18th 9:00am-1:00pm (15 minute session)
  • WHAT: We’re hosting a special Mother’s Day photo event featuring beautiful and timeless Mommy & Me portraits at our office. A simple, meaningful way to freeze this season of motherhood. We can’t wait to welcome you into our space for this special event.
    • 6 professionally edited images sent to gallery for downloads
    • Delivered in color + black & white (12 total)
    • $100 per session
  • WHO: Hosted by the founder of Fx Therapies, Monica Hood. Monica's hobby every since she was in High School was photography and has been taking photos for friends and family for over 5 years. She has shot proposal and engagement shoots, newborn photos, and family portraits.

• Baby Yoga
  • WHEN: Monday April 20th at 10:00am
  • WHAT: A short yoga flow will also be offered for postpartum mothers to ease back into movement, build strength/balance and restore tired muscles while babies play (or sleep!). This class is about creating a judgement-free, supportive and welcoming environment where you can move, breathe and bond with your baby - exactly as you are!
  • WHO: Caroline Young Yoga @ Fx Therapies & Babies 6 weeks-Pre walkers + Parent/Caregiver
